SERVICES:
A complete range of
structural and miscellaneous steel
detailing services for steel fabrication
and erection, for the Steel Fabrication
Industry.
The process will typically begin with
receipt of drawings from the Engineers
and/or Architects. From these a model
can be generated resulting in general
arrangement and fabrication drawings.
Following approval, a Preliminary Materials
List, arranged by section size will
be issued, ready for import by fabrication
management software, enabling material
sourcing to proceed.
Again typically, after approval, the project would result in the following
drawings and reports.

AMCA Draughtings Coordination with
the clients ensures that their requirements
are fulfilled to comply with production
procedures.
All steel detail drawings are provided
with a CNC link to enable automated
cutting and drilling.
SPECIAL SERVICES:

Working with the
architect/engineer, AMCA can produce
electronic models and general arrangement
drawings for conceptional, preliminary
or construction purposes. This approach
can have the result of minimising
or eliminating steel detailing lead-time
and can take place during or even
prior to the tendering stage.

or conceptional detailing, we will
be pleased to accommodate any particular
sequencing or other requirements
a client may wish to incorporate
in their project
